Hi everyone, Yvonne Heath here from Love Your Life to Death.

I am at the top of an incredible mountain.
We are on The Gladstone trail in Kelowna with Geordie (who is back there
holding the camera). We have been in Kelowna for the last week,
and the day after we arrived, our dog Sadie ran away from poor
Grandma and was missing for four days.

My mom was distraught,
we were as well and it was a very challenging time. But we were still
able to enjoy our vacation and do wonderful hikes because you
(our community) Just Showed Up for us, for Sadie and for my mom.

There was thousands of shares on social media, posters and flyers
were put up, people were getting into cars and driving around.
There is so much concern, love and support in our small town and
we are so grateful for everyone.

From the bottom of my heart, from Geordie’s heart and my mom.

THANK YOU for Just Showing Up,
for helping to bring Sadie home safely so we can enjoy our last
​day and a half of vacation without worrying.

That is because of you.
You Just Showed Up for us.

We will be forever grateful.

the grief process with ease and grace.

Hi everyone, Yvonne Heath here with Love Your Life to Death.
Geordie and I have just arrived at the Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary because yesterday Tanner and Geordie found this little injured bird.

This poor little guy looks like he might have some broken legs (or something wrong with his legs). We decided we would do everything we could to help him get the help he needs. We took care of him overnight and arrived here this morning, and it feels really good I have to say.

I am also feeling very grateful for those who Just Show Up for injured, abused and abandoned animals. We are going to make a donation today and I just want to say thank you to those to help animals everywhere and hopefully they can help out our little bird friend “Kanye Nest”

Jewish people who perished in the Holocaust and the heroism of
the survivors and rescuers. Today, I honour a survivor who has spent
over 25 years creating change by striving to eradicate the word "hate"
and who shares her message of love, gratitude, tolerance and
celebrating our differences. My friend, Eva Olsson.

I am sharing a 3-part short documentary created by 
Beyond the Bars, which explores the Holocaust and Eva's journey,
something we must never forget. I encourage you to watch, share
and light a candle to honour every life that was lost.
