Hi Yvonne, just wanted to share a quote that I look at every day. As a 18 yr cancer survivor have a lot of things that I have a different outlook on.

Reminds me of one root of the word patience.. ..patior.. .. to allow to take place. I notice when I resist something instead of gping with a flow. I then choose to face, feel, allow full presence tp it and go.... grow. Maybe that's showing up to it? and lots of deep slow breathing.. . This week exploring EFT or tapping as a coping technique. Thanks all.

Beautiful, wise words as always, Jeff. Yes, Just Showing Up to whatever is. Even the hard stuff. Deep breathing is undervalued as a way back to presence and being grounded. And how wonderful. I love EFT! Good to have lots of resources in our
