The Big 5-0!... Blogs and Vlogs that is.

Today is a very special day for me; this will be my 50th blog and vlog. We started one year ago in May 2016. I feel really proud that we’ve shared our authentic, unedited stories and sometimes our messy selves as we navigate through life, grief and end of life.

It has helped me a great deal, to share with you and receive your emails and comments.
I hope it’s helped you too. I am so grateful as most of this stuff is easier said than done, isn’t it?  But if we can learn from and support each other, we can heal and even find joy again.
I have to confess there’s been so many times when we were filming and there’s noise, bugs
and malfunctions; hilarious when I look back. But I have truly enjoyed sharing with you.

I would love to hear about any vlogs that were helpful or anything else you’d like me
to talk about. I’m learning as I go along too!
