Over 3 years, more than 8o episodes and here is my final farewell.
The guests I've had conversations with change lives by sharing their stories, choosing to be a Light in this world and helping others.

Know that your words keep echoing in me AND through me. I have witnessed one birth and five deaths this week. Several times, I heard myself saying: as our friend Yvonne would say: YOU ARE EVIDENCE THAT THEY MATTER!. It is repeated in our weekly drop in grief group at North Bay hospice too. And Esther quotes often: I JUST SHOWED UP. So....let your message keep flowing.

And hey to Geordie! Tell him we had a local and a NYS paramedic go through our grief recovery programme. They are a special breed! And often alone in their grieving and coping with trauma. Bye for now.

One birth and five deaths in one week... that is a lot to navigate. Thank you for being present, for Just Showing Up. You and Esther make a difference. And I am honoured that my message is shared. Thrilled actually. Your support and friendship mean so much. And awesome. I shall share with Geordie. Thank you xo
