thank you for affirming that ALL feelings are to be acknowledged, listened to, and accepted. No judgment, criticism, or analysis! Awesome. I grew up with feelings judged. There is no boy sad or girl sad. There is just "sad". In our circles, we have learned to be "strong enough to be weak", which means: we can be vulnerable, let our wounds be shared and then cared for. Some of us are "male challenged" (LOL), meaning...did not have full range of feelings modelled sometimes. Many of us did not get past frozen or angry, to the feelings below of sadness and hurt. Thanks again Yvonned for showing up in our computers and motivating us!

Jeff, thank you again for sharing your deep wisdom and learning. I love all that you do to help "male challenged" men connect with themselves. The macho man is fired!! You said it... being strong enough to show your weakness, your true feelings, be sad, lonely...whatever you may be...now that's courage and strength!!
