Yvonne will be hosting a Death Café December 6th from 1-3pm at Ahimsa Yoga Studio
"An event where people drink tea, eat cake, and discuss death. Our aim is to increase the awareness of death to help people make the most of their (finite) lives."

Join Yvonne Sept 16th at the Active Living Centre in Huntsville as she launches her first book titled Love Your Life to Death on TVCOGECO Be My Guest with Peter Jennings.
Tickets are available now online or at the door. Love Your Life to Death books will be available for purchase at a special price one night only, and of course Yvonne will be available for book signing before and after her show.
